FUCT x Vans x Slam Jam brought together one of skateboarding’s most influential brands with Vans and Italian retailer Slam Jam. As Lead Footwear Designer, I worked directly with Erik Brunetti and the FUCT team to develop the footwear collection from concept through to production, ensuring every detail felt authentic to the collaboration.

As a long-time admirer of FUCT, working alongside Erik Brunetti on an official collaboration was a career highlight. One of my favourite details was the “Steal This Shoe” label, a direct reference to FUCT’s early T-shirt labels, bringing a piece of the brand’s history into the product in a way that felt genuine rather than nostalgic.

The project extended beyond the footwear itself, including campaign posters and a large-scale billboard installation in central Milan, helping launch the collection during Milan Design Week and giving the project a strong presence beyond retail.
